Gym was more packed than usual - and eve. When there was a station available the bar was missing or the weights were missing. .

Not a problem for me tho - the disc gave me just as much of a chest pump and burn as I usually feel with barbell + dumbbell. .

So - no need to wait for someone to finish up their sets before you - grab a disc. Grab a SINGLE cable or resistance band and start moving. You’ll love it.

Truth is - I had a lot of built up tension had to get out and get a pump in. Not much better than a disc workout 💪

I think the thing I love about it the most though, is the compact size - I keep it in my gym bag everyday. It takes up such little space I can rely on it being there always.
